1. This service is for local Greater Grand Rapids residents only.

2. The following types of ads are not allowed:

A. Advertising pornography or illegal products or that which is controversial in the Greater Grand Rapids community.

B. Ads that advertise products not available in the Greater Grand Rapids community, or placed by entities not located in the Greater Grand Rapids area.

C. Ads that contain a web address or URL.

D. Ads that advertise companies or other businesses that are not affiliated with or approved by GreaterGR.com

3. We reserve the right, by our sole discretion, to delete any ads which do not conform to the above restrictions, and we reserve the right to delete the accounts of users who repeatedly post ads that do not conform to the above restrictions.

4. You agree to accept all responsibility for ads you place and the responses generated by those ads.

5. WE WILL NOT SELL OR GIVE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS (or other personal information) TO THIRD PARTIES. We will post your email address and phone number with your ads if you check the box specifying that as your preference.

6. From time to time we may contact you to let you know about new features and promotions of GreaterGR.com classifieds or the GreaterGR.com web site.
